How is this different from an agency that sells leads?
A lead vendor gives you a list of names and email addresses. We give you confirmed calendar slots with qualified buyers. We identify, contact, manage, qualify, and book — end to end. You receive a meeting notification, not a spreadsheet.
What do I actually need to do once we start?
You attend the onboarding call, review and approve the initial messaging, and show up to the meetings we book. Between those points, everything is handled by us. You'll receive a weekly report so you know where the system stands.
When should I expect the first meetings?
The system is live within 72 hours of onboarding. First replies typically arrive within the first week. Confirmed meetings usually start appearing between day 10 and day 21. The exact timing depends on your market and how quickly prospects respond.
Is cold outreach compliant in Europe?
Yes, in B2B. GDPR permits direct commercial communication between companies based on legitimate interest, provided the message is relevant to the recipient's professional role. Our campaigns are structured to comply with this framework — targeted, contextual, and appropriate. Not spam.
Are there additional costs beyond the retainer?
Minimal. You pay €500 upfront at signing — that covers the full setup. The first monthly retainer of €1,500 is charged only at the end of Month 1, and only if you received 5+ qualified meetings. We also ask you to register a secondary sending domain (approximately €15/year) and a business email account (approximately €6/month). Everything else — research, tooling, infrastructure, management — is included.
What defines a "qualified meeting" for the guarantee?
A confirmed, attended call with a person who holds decision-making authority at a company that fits the ICP we agreed at onboarding. If they attend but turn out to be completely outside your ICP due to inaccurate information on their end, we replace it. The guarantee is designed to be unambiguous.
What happens after the two-month minimum?
Month 1 is performance-gated — you only pay if 5+ meetings are delivered. The two-month minimum starts from Month 2 onwards. After that, the service runs month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel. No lock-in, no penalties.

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Provider

Seedcalls is a fully-managed B2B outbound service operated by Davide Ippolito. By engaging Seedcalls, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2. Scope of Service

Seedcalls will design, build, and operate an outbound email system on behalf of the Client. This includes ICP research, prospect list building, copywriting, campaign management, reply handling, lead qualification, and meeting booking. The service does not include closing, contract negotiation, or post-meeting sales activity.

3. Fees & Payment

Setup fee: A one-time fee of €500 is due at contract signing and covers full system setup. This fee is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.

Monthly retainer: €1,500/month from Month 2 onwards. Month 1 retainer is performance-gated — it is invoiced only if 5 or more qualified meetings are delivered within the first 30 days of active outreach. If the threshold is not met, Month 1 is provided at no additional charge.

Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may result in suspension of service.

4. Definition of a Qualified Meeting

A qualified meeting is defined as a confirmed, attended call with an individual who holds decision-making authority at a company matching the Ideal Customer Profile agreed at onboarding. Meetings with contacts who misrepresented their role or company fit will be replaced at no cost. Meetings cancelled by the Client without rescheduling do not count toward the guarantee threshold.

5. Contract Duration & Cancellation

The minimum engagement period is two months from the start of Month 2. After the minimum term, the service continues on a rolling monthly basis. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.

6. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to: (a) attend the onboarding call and provide accurate ICP information; (b) review and approve outreach messaging within 48 hours of submission; (c) attend or reschedule booked meetings within a reasonable timeframe; (d) provide a secondary sending domain and email account as requested; (e) not engage conflicting outbound service providers targeting the same ICP during the engagement without prior agreement.

7. Data & Compliance

All outreach is conducted in compliance with applicable B2B email regulations, including GDPR legitimate interest provisions where relevant. Seedcalls processes prospect data solely for the purpose of executing the agreed campaign. Client data is never shared with third parties. The Client retains ownership of any lists, contacts, or data provided to Seedcalls for use in campaigns.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, strategies, or materials shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Seedcalls guarantees meeting delivery as defined in Section 4. Beyond this, Seedcalls makes no warranties regarding downstream sales outcomes, conversion rates, or revenue generated from meetings booked. Total liability under this agreement is limited to fees paid in the current billing month.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.

11. Amendments

Seedcalls reserves the right to update these Terms with 14 days written notice. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
